I only had 3 cycles of ABVD chemotherapy having had a fresh PET scan 21st July i had my consultant appointment yesterday and was over the moon that i dont have to get any more chemotherapy my cancer has completely disappeared from my left hand side neck i am now being handed over to a new hospital to have radiotherapy let the next chapter begin in my journey.
Hi again Tonyb9127 ....... great news to hear that your 3 sessions of chemo did its job and some radiotherapy spot cleaning will do the rest.
I have had 45 zapps and apart from the fatigue and some dry skin it was rather straightforward compared to chemo - all the best.
