Hi all,I was diagnosed with HL in 2011 and treated with ABVD. I was in remission for 10 years and have just relapsed. I will be having two cycles of ESHAP chemo to start with the plan of having an autologous stem cell transplant. I am quite scared about having the transplant!
Anyone here relapsed and have any advice or willing to share their experience, especially of high dose chemo followed by a transplant?
Thank you!
Hi and welcome , sorry to hear you are on the Stem Cell Transplant Rollercoaster.
Although I had NHL I have had two Allo (donor) SCTs and it saved my life (hit my name for my story)
We do have a dedicated Stem cell transplant group and it would be worth joining as you will talk with others who have been on the SCT journey. I also see you have joined our Faith group...... I hang around there as well
Happy to talk more.
