I was diagnosed with throat cancer May of 2025 and I am still dealing with post treatment symptoms. Anyone dealing with the same thing

What was the treatment And when did you finish

i’m a good few years down the line but still contend with a dry mouth that breaks my sleep at night. There are a few other niggles but nothing I can’t ignore. 
It did take me a year to be happy with how I was. I had six weeks of RT.

I had a cancerous mass on my tonsil left side.. I had 30 radiation treatments 7 chemotherapy treatments. 

Still have saliva problems appetite problems sleep problems fatigue problems. 

My last radiation treatment was the 10th of November 2025. 

Tons of anxiety and depression

For my saliva I chew sugar free gum which really helps.

Fatigue just takes ages to go but it will eventually.

Yes, it sucks. We all get a form of PTSD. Do you have somebody outwith the family you can talk to ? Is there a Maggie's you can visit? They are brilliant. I can point you to The Mouth cancer Foundation which has a weekly Zoom meeting. Some people find that really helpful.
