MRI RESULTS AND UPDATE

Hi John, your scan results are good news. If painkillers are not doing much for your pain let your team know they will give you something stronger. It does take a while for things to settle down after treatment, and things will get better with time, your body still has a lot of healing to do. Recovery can feel like one step forward and two back at times, but you will get there.

Anxiety is pretty normal for us...try and join a local support group...talking helps.

Eating better takes time...it will improve...challenge yourself weekly with different food and drinks...Guinness alcohol free is one of my go to's...

Pain...don't suffer in silence...tell your oncology team...phone or email.

Well done with scan results. Everything else will follow still early days even if you  don’t think so. One day at a time one step at a time. See gp for nerve pain there are medications that can help. 
I didn’t have a dissection but know many who did  the scar will heal.
