They lied ,said they had called 3 times and had left a voice message

This is what’s happening all over the country. Not just PIPs
Stuff isn’t done and it’s lied about. The government does it every day so everybody else reckons they can get away with it … and they do.
Sorry that doesn’t address your situation which makes me quite angry.
