Hi everyone! I haven't posted in awhile. My husband is now over a year post radiation and is feeling well. Last year at this time we were both frustrated and waiting for him to feel like himself. That day finally came and we are here to tell those of you going through radiation that there is hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. He just had a check up with our radiation oncologist and everything looks good. Taste is not fully back and dry mouth is a pain, but no cancer!! Thank you to all who have supported us and to those of you in the trenches right now, you've got this!!
Excellent news remember how anxious you were during his treatment and recovery. Onwards and upwards ,
hugs Hazel
