Hi everybody ,
I've noticed recently I've been grinding my teeth ,not sure why ,but under a bit of stress due to mum being diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
Looking on inside of my cheek I can see white patches along the tooth line ,am I causing trauma to my cheeks during the night ? Anyone know of this?
Thanks Mark

Yes. I do, which is why I wear a night guard.

You need a proper guard fitted by your dentist. It will give them the opportunity to reassure you at the same time. Online generic guards can do more damage.
