I need to get a written copy from my oncologist about where I am with my diagnosis and treatment I have an appointment tomorrow to get an x-ray cause they still can't find the source of the cancer that's after 3 biopsys and the rest after my x-ray am going to see my cancer nurse cause she is helping me fill a form in for universal credit if I ask my cancer nurse Cara will she be able to help me in the right direction cause a don't know who to ask I can't even remember who my oncologist is cause all this going on in my head it's hard to keep track you think your losing it but I just need to ask someone will my cancer nurse be able to help me get a written letter from my oncologist for me thanks
