Hi all, I just wanted to check in and say that, 6 months after a 6 week course of RT to the left side of my neck for P16+ SCC, the side effects are now minimal!! I can hardly believe it - during the last few months I find myself thinking less and less about it all, and I can eat and drink almost normally.
I thought I would post this to give heart to those who may be going through or just finished similar treatment - hope it helps, I know that this forum was a lifeline for me during and after treatment.

Brilliant. That’s so encouraging. There are a couple of other threads running on taste after treatment with folk worried they will never get better. This is the best. Thank you.
