Hi all. I’m so excited. I saw the dentist at the dental hospital the other day (I’m 18 months post treatment) and she gave me a perfect score for my gums and teeth. I was told to expect deterioration and it’s gone the other way and improved. They also measured my mouth opening and I’m at 4cm. Previously 3.8cm.
I’m still sensitive to cold but they’re not concerned. Still see the dentist twice a year and hygienist 4 times a year.
Sounds brilliant
Keep up the good work. My teeth and gums are in better nick than they were before I started and I’m now over six years. Hard work pays off.
Good news on the mouth opening front too !!!

Are you getting a fluoride varnish? if you are and your teeth are still sensitive try an extra brushing with Sensodyne and applying GC MI paste at night

Have a search for it. I get it from Dental Direct which was the cheapest last time I got some
