After the devastating news of throat cancer a few weeks ago , today we had the results of the pet scan, showing a suspicion mass on his large bowel,it's just one thing after another!
Oh no! As if you didn’t have enough to worry about!
Do you know what the plan is now? Are they going to biopsy the abdominal lump?

There planning on doing an colonoscopy asap ,I'm guessing there doing a biopsy at the same time,we were in kidney clinic and they told us the results of the scan ,we are waiting to see the oncologist on the 1st may so hopefully we will have a better picture then,we may have a phone call from the ent department in the next few days,it's sure is one hell of a rollercoaster at the minute.x
Dear Netti
I know it is a very worrying time. I am glad to hear that they have already arranged for further tests and no doubt, seeing how responsive your team has been, the results will come back promptly. After my first pet scan, they saw 2 hot spots on one of my breasts, I was incredibly worried as I had just be diagnosed with tonsil cancer, I had a biopsy within a few days and thank God it was nothing! The mastologist called me within 2 days with the good news as she knew how worried I was. I am sending you loads of positive vibes.
