My husband is day 5 post radiation treatments. The burns on his neck are extremely red and he just started using the Silver sulfadiazine cream he was prescribed(I think you all call it Flamazine.) He put off using it because the burns didn't seem to bad, but they have become increasingly red. Does anyone have experience with this? Will the cream help heal this faster? How long until it looks better? It's not blistering, it just looks awful. Thanks in advance!!

I managed to avoid much damage and like your husband didn’t blister
Flamazine works really fast and his neck should be much better within a fortnight.
