Hi everyone n merry Christmas to you all.
I finally finish 6 weeks of aggressive RT this Friday (27 Dec). It's been long and incredibly tough and I must admit there were a few times I nearly tapped out but I persevered and have finally made it to the end. I don't honestly know that I would have got through this without you guys your support, guidance,practical advice and patience with me.
I know my journey isn't over quiet yet but I'm definitely on the home stretch now and feeling incredibly lucky to have been able to have you amazing guys backing me
