Just back from Tenerife...unfortunately picked up Covid (my wife) and Flu A (both of us)....taste disappeared overnight...quite worrying as eating has now become just a chore...lost a stone during the worst of the flu...going to try antihistamines to see if they bring about any taste improvement....Covid/Flu jabs were late this year, have now been put back another month ....never realised just how debilitating Flu could be.....make sure you get vaxxed.
