Just filled in my biography, I mentioned a few things I hadn't previously, like potential surgery and poor differentiation so if anyone has thoughts or experiences on either I'd be happy to hear it.

By the way, poor differentiation simply means the cancer cells bear little resemblance to the original tissue they came from
They tend to be more aggressive too
