Good morning! 

Thank you for sharing this. How can we get this card? I went to Zizi a few months ago and unfortunately they were not helpful at all. We ended up spending a lot of money on food I couldn't eat. All I had asked for was some soured cream or crème fraîche to try to eat a small portion of calamaris, this would have helped me swallowing them...but all they told me they could give me was spicy dips....a no go for me.

There you go... just saves a verbal chat sometimes and usually gets a very supportive response. May also save a few £ as more places starting to charge for extra sauces etc!

I have had similar issues @ Zizzi & found pizza tricky however if you get it loaded with more toppings (or all your toppings at one end) the base doesn't go so crispy & is easier to swallow

I think it all comes down to people and willingness to help. The aforementioned steak places have been superb but only ordering soft sides and extra gravy tbh.

I never thought I would do the victim thing but have found if you play the cancer card people are really helpful (but my "friends" are merciless with mickey taking "oh here he goes again!")
