Hi everyone today marks my 5 years since treatment finished.in many ways it’s flown by in others it’s not.
just wanted to give hope up to other who will follow on in my footsteps treatment hard recovery can be long, But if I can do it anyone can everybody starting out good luck and to anybody in treatment and recovery I’m still going hang around and put my little bits in the forum now and then it’s been updated links down below. Have a good day.
Few tip’s keep off Dr Google take everything one day at a time don’t look too far in advance. The worst days will get better. Keep up with mouth exercises I still do daily.
