Trivial yet annoying post treatment battles....

Hope everyone is well and enjoying some sign of spring being around the corner. It's been a while since finishing rt/chemo (2.5 months) and wondering whom else has battled with:

• "Fizzy tongue" - my original tongue part gets quite sensitive to pretty much anything really and seems to fizz / be inflamed - I can eat / drink past it and not really pain just wondering if normal?
• "Taste" - remains rubbish - I tried a sip of beer at the weekend, OMG it tasted like dog poo!! That aside I still have a really off taste - quite hard going at times...
• "Dema" - remains sore around neck and had some laser light treatment, still makes sleeping a massive chore
• Some of the above has an effect on food but regained some chew and nibble and trying to keep the calories up, hard going!

I am awaiting scan date and then some sort of assessment of effectiveness and psychologically I wonder if that is playing its part.
