Ending week 3.
I can still eat
Soreness and pain is worst at night.
Insomnia still an issue.
I have little depression or anxiety. That's down to philosophical reading.
Here is my sketch.

When I was getting breakthrough pain at night and having to take oramorph, then try to get back to sleep, I was given MST Continum which is long acting morphine. I took it twice a day and it practically removed the background pain entirely

Not silly at all. Heat helps a lot if pain even if it’s not actually applied to the painful part. Good idea Debbie.
