Steve: Stage 2 HPV Tonsil Cancer
Well, into day 4. After my first clinic meeting my consultant said the tumor had a small reduction after 3 doses. I am now loaded up with paracetamol, skin wash/moisturiser, and most importantly, laxative, which cured my two day blockage,
At the moment there are no side effects apart from a dry morning mouth and feeling tired at 8pm. I am currently feeling reasonably fit. I have to monitor my blood pressure because of weight. I'm a little concerned the steroids have increased my weight. I don't want to tip into diabetes. I'm told the weight will drop soon.
I know it will get bad, but I'm prepared mentally and physically.
