For the first time ever i actually woke my self up snoring last night .. I'm going to blame it on my first dose of RT !

Well done on first day. My treatment melted my uvula dangly bit at back of throat so I can no longer snore. But hubby tends to disagree with my consultants lol x

I can’t speak for you but my uvula is a shade of its former glory and I still snore. I still wake myself up occasionally too… which is a sign of sleep apnoea by the way.
