Hi. I can eat most foods now. Struggle with bread, rice, or dry foods. Can’t eat anything even slightly spicy. Still prefer sweet things to savoury & have a nasty taste in my mouth most of the time. It only goes when I eat then comes back immediately afterwards. Coffee & tea now taste horrible. Used to love chocolate but find it hard to eat plus it tastes weird. BUT I did manage fish & chips last week so take that as a huge step forward. I have gravy with most savoury things & often need cream/ icecream with drier sweet things.

Hi Blod. I was exactly the same and despaired of ever being right but by 3 years it was largely ok.
