Well it’s been a while for me getting back into this group . I’m 16 months since treatment end and still very up and down. In my case it’s certainly been a marathon. Mouth stickiness continues, with soreness coming and going. Managing to eat most foods but do steer clear of those that are still difficult to swallow!! But, I am getting my life back on track, so very grateful for that, but do still find there are days when fatigue takes over.
Its good to read everyone’s post on here it makes me feel part of a group. Wishing you all well.
Hi SeeShells Improvements keep happening. Sticky mouth I can still geg. I’ve been using a bee propolis dilute in luke warm water I find it helps with my burning tongue whhch I get from certain foods mostly cheese. You buy it from Amazon if you fancy trying it.

Hi. Welcome back.
Im up and down sometimes even at three plus years. I get a sore throat with weather changes. Daft. But I can eat anything and can now enjoy a glass of wine.
Keep going.

Hi which bee propolis do you use? A tincture or the syrup?
Bee Health Propolis Liquid 30ml Pack of 2 https://amzn.eu/hVRUDvs
That’s the one we all use. A forum member whose husband did very well put us on to it.
