Felling a bit yuk !

Hi Jo how are you doing ? I’ve just come back from radiotherapy feeling a bit yuk , I’m sure it’s all the thick stuff they’ve given me to drink xx

Radiotherapy can be a tough ride Hang in there and keep your pain killers up and drink as much fluid as you are able so you don't get dehydrated.

Lyn's right. Just hang on in there. Keep drinking, keep your mouth clean and make sure you get food down you.

I've been thinking of Jo too. She's probably got her head down and is getting on with the last of her treatment. I'm sure we will see her back soon
