Hi. I’ve just finished 2 rounds of chemo. I’m supposed to do one more round in January but I can’t face going on. I have such anxiety sitting with the treatment going through I can’t sit still. On day one I’m in the chair for 6 to 7 hours and day 8 it’s another 2 - 3 hours. I get restless legs and can’t sit still. I don’t want to do 3 rd round. I just can’t do it. I know I’ve e got 35 sessions of radiotherapy to do still. I just want to skip the last round. Please advice welcome.
Hi MPF. Neo adjuvant chemo is not the same as chemo given with radiation and is given for different reasons. As hazel has said she missed her last one. I agree with her. You should ask your oncologist. Get in touch with your CNS and get them to pass a message on now so your query can be sorted in time. It may be possible to give you something to cope with your last day
