No cancer left!!

I was diagnosed last December with tonsil cancer & one lymph node. T2, N1, M1. Treatment finished 9th April. No feeding tube.
I’m still suffering from dry mouth but I think I can handle that. Had a recent MRI and saw my Oncologist on 28th July who said there is no cancer left. The treatment of chemo radiation worked. gotta get through the next 5 years with no reoccurring

Base of tongue cancer. T2N0M0 6 weeks Radiotherapy finished January 2019

That is brilliant news Sam. Just what you needed to hear.

I am just behind you, had my 4 month PET CT scan this week and have appointment with my consultant 19.8 to see what that reveals. Keep your fingers crossed for me
