Hi Lilbuttons2
welcome to our little community. Things will get better. I have a friend who had a hemiglossectomy and now just speaks with a slight lisp.
How are you feeling in yourself?

Hi thank you for your kind words and support, I feel ok at the moment in pain and half my head feels numb which is really strange but I’m doing well, my biggest fear with the speech was that I won’t be able to read to my grandchildren again but your word have given me encouragement so thank you
Early days. Just be kind to yourself and give yourself time to heal
Make sure you get plenty of decent painkillers to take home.
