Hi all,
just dipping my toe here for a bit of reassurance & a hand to hold in uncertainty.
I have a lump about 3cm in my submandibular gland, confirmed with ultrasound & now I’m waiting for results of the FNA.
I am trying to be busy, brace & positive but inside I have the voice that says it already knows……
a hand to hold would be good
thank you so much xxxx
Hi and welcome. I had cancer of the tongue so slightly different to you but there are other people on the group that have the same diagnoses as you. Feel free to shout out if you need anything. It may be worthwhile putting some information in your profile as matters progress. Best wishes
Thank you so much, Mick x
the waiting is the worst, I feel like when you know what is next & have a plan, it’s better for your head? But for now, I will lean on you guys if that’s ok?
You are right the waiting is pants but trying to keep busy should help. This is really friendly. group so feel free to reach out. What made you choose your user name?

I’m usually a great sleeper regardless of what life throws at me (and it’s thrown some s***) but early mornings seem to be my new thing x
