Hi Nickr
Welcome to the forum
Stay with us, there is lots of help here. Ask anything you want and there will be somebody who can answer.
Let us know how you get on. Your treatment plan is likely to be chemotherapy and radiotherapy with maybe surgery on your lymph nodes
Good luck

Just had a call for dental check Friday
Expect dentist to have good poke around and for you to have an OPG which is an X-ray of all your teeth and jaw. Radiotherapy compromises the blood supply to the jaw. Not all parts of your jaw will get the full dose but if there are any teeth in the line of the highest dose which are unhealthy or risk having to be removed in the future the dentist will recommend extraction before treatment starts
The reason for this is that because of reduced blood supply extractions don't heal as well and there is a small chance of developing necrosis (death) of the jaw.
I avoided any but some people have to have wisdom teeth out. Make sure everything is explained properly to you.
I would heartily recommend you go to your own dentist asap for a good clean and a fluoride varnish.

I believe he's part of the failure for not noticing things were wrong 2 weeks before my initial bloods
I had explained my symptoms and my teeth and gums were saw

Ah......An all too common problem. Then my advice would be to ask of hospital dentist might do it
Do you know what hospital is planning for Friday if they have already done an OPG?
