Hi guys, just after some advice please. so I have a painful white lump on the left side of my tongue, it’s been there for about 2.5 weeks now. I went to the dentist who said he wants me back in 2 weeks and if it hasn’t improved he will refer me to ENT. A few days on I’ve been getting headaches, ear pain, sore throat, and what feels like swelling in my jaw by my ear on the same side. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi Danny. You can’t second guess what it might be on the back of other people’s symptoms.
My advice would be to go back to your dentist and get the referral straightaway.
90% of referrals are not cancer so hold onto that.
It should put your mind at rest to get ur looked at asap
