90 day business travel insurance ?

Hi it’s not business travel insurance but for 5 years I got a travel insurance via staysure that allowed us 2 trips to Europe for 90 days each at a cost of around  £400  we were both covered and both were over 60 with my cancer being covered and the usual age related stuff hug( blood pressure and osteoarthritis for hubby. That was Europe only. I paid a supplement for the extensi9ns of 2 90 day trips in a year.

I have used Insurancewith a few times since my cancer, they are very reasonable, not sure if they cover for business or not.

Thanks - that’s who I’ve used following recommendations here but they don’t cover business or long trips.
