Hi, I am new here and would like to introduce myself, I am a 78 yr old with two daughters and four grandchildren, I was diagnosed with a large Squamous Cell Carcinoma a few months ago had two procedures to remove it I was told it was a medium cancer but when the letter came it said high risk because of the size which threw me a bit, coming to terms with it all i am very lucky to have a great husband and family support. Hope you are all OK and if I can help anyone I would be pleased to do so. Chin up
Hi clisan and welcome.
I read that your SCC was on your forehead and that you have also joined the skin cancer forum too. You are very welcome to stay with us and I’m sure you will be of great help.
I hope surgery is successful and that’s the end of it.
