Back from hospital
want to debunk tumour and do a tracheostomy
once settled all scan planning for radical radiotherapy to take place asap
just takes a little time to lay down after the traci
the alternative was very to the point to do nothing and you have 3/6 months
cried since arriving home
sad and angry
Hi Spencer bear
Sorry you are having such a bad time. Are you proceeding with the Traci then the radiotherapy. We will all help with advise and tips as much as we can if you go down the radiotherapy route.
The oncologist s have a difficult job to do and sometimes honesty is the only thing they can do hence being straight to the point, I can only reiterate the above if I had to do radiotherapy again personally I would still go through with it.

Hi. You’ve really been put through the mill but there is a definite plan in place.
It must be soul destroying carrying all this on your shoulders
Me? I would try. 6 months wouldn’t be long enough for me. I would take the chance.

Hi Spencerbear
Im sorry to read your post I would take the offer of a tracheotomy as the alternative would also be too soon for me personally( like Dani).
I would also go through the 7 weeks of brutal treatment hospitalisation and aftereffects again if it meant I had a chance of survival… but I appreciate that we are all different and what is right for one person isn’t right for someone else.
I totally understand and appreciate why you are feeling sad and angry and this is normal … .
We will be here for you like Hazel said .
Sending you a virtual hug and the strength to get through this really challenging time .
