Can someone interpret top part?what do the letters mean?
AJCC is a cancer staging system based on TNM (the v8 alludes to the eighth iteration)
Tumour size, Nodal Involvement, Distant Metastasis
The stage is 1 which is early
T0 means they can’t find the primary
N1 means the cancer has been found in nodes on one side of the neck.
M0 means there is no distant spread\HPV alteration means the cancer id HPV+
