Hi Mrssc
I am so sorry to hear about your situation. I do hope that the reason for your headaches can be sorted out. You have already been through such a lot. I have not had the same cancer as you but can empathise with your worries. I had jaw cancer which started in 2013 when I had a mandibulectomy then another 2 ops for more jaw cancer in 2019 and 2022 when I had maxillectomies. I have had 2 lots of radiotherapy plus neck dissections on both sides of my neck at different times. I am currently on a 5 year watch and am still going strong living my 'new normal'. My cancer journey started when I was 59 and I am now 71 so there is definitely a long life to be lived so don't give up.
Do you have an appointment with your consultant to look into the cause of your headaches? You need a definitive diagnosis and then a treatment plan can be put in place. Early diagnosis makes all the difference. Fingers crossed that there is an easy solution but you will get lots of support from this forum if you do have to go down the treatment path again.
Sending you hugs
Lyn
