Hi I’m new on here my husbands cancer has spread to his windpipe and they have said there’s nothing can be done I find this very hard atm has anyone else had this

There are a few members here on palliative care where no more treatment is possible but understandably they don't post often
You could consider joining a group especially for carers supporting incurable partners.
