Hi, my husband finished his 6 week chemoradiotheraphy at the end of sept...he goes for a scan in 6 weeks time to see if the cancer has gone, does anyone know, how long after the scan do you get the results?

Hi. His consultant should get the results within three working days but things are taking longer these days so if you haven’t heard in two weeks I would contact his CNS to chase it up.

Remember early treatment failure is extremely rare so chin up.
