Neck cancer in over 80s

My dad has advanced neck cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) as a secondary site from a carcinoma he developed on his lip two years ago (during Covid but that’s another story). It has developed rapidly despite/ since radiotherapy. He has had 6 months of immunotherapy (P-1) but this has now ceased as it has been judged ineffective and the tumour has grown. He is being offered a reduced dose chemo (75%) but is considering the MODI-1 vaccine + immunotherapy trial. I have seen the February results suggesting some encouraging results in the admittedly small initial cohort (23 patients). Does anyone have any experience since to share or any thoughts on the efficacy and risks to quality of life of chemo for the over 80s ?
