Evening. So yesterday I was called in and told I had a Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma in my Lymph node. I had prepared myself for the worst and whilst family have reacted to the news, I feel quite numb. It all feels a bit surreal and if it happening to someone else. Perhaps next week when the ultrasound, MRI, CT PET and teeth X-rays start it may hit home. Glad to have this community to fall back on for advice as this feels like a real voyage into unknown.
