Hi Miss fantastic. Welcome to the group. So glad your partner is doing so well and thanks for putting up a post to encourage others.
I can’t compete with all the stuff he did but I put my lack of neck burns down to the pure aloe vera gel I used after radiotherapy.
Regarding the lymph node. These can take a long time to disappear so if his oncologist is not worried you shouldn’t be either.
Best wishes.

Hi welcome from me. Always good to hear alternative s that people use. I was always going to burn my lymph node was so close to skin. But it doesn’t affect me just remember he will need factor 50 suncream on every time he’s out winter or summer. As for lymph node treatment continues to work as Dani says if oncologist not concerned you’ve no need to be.
As for fatigue yiu csnt fight radiation fatigue listen tk your body. Rest is needed if he tries to fight it it won’t get better.

he is deeply fatigued, but I feel these interventions have flattened the curve of awfulness,
The radiation fatigue is due to the hit the brain stem takes from the X-rays as they exit the body. It will get better but he is likely to find there are days and times in the future when it poleaxes him. Rest is the cure. Time and rest.
