Well, day one is over, and it was a long day. A chemo session at 11, followed by radiotherapy at 6, all delayed. I was knackered when I got in, but from the stress of day one, I think.
In chemotherapy my blood pressure was dangerously high at first but it settled down. I am concerned about that as I'm on medication for blood pressure.
I'm feeling OK today, but had hiccups for a while. Lots of chemotherapy drugs to take. I'm carrying on with exercise and nutrition ok.

Hi Steve. It's all overwhelming, especially on chemo days but you've made a start and the end will soon be in sight. Well done

Hi Steve
Bet you glad the first day is over i was the same as you six hours of cisplatin followed up by a mask and a radiography machine just think wont be long and it will be over.
Once you get going it will fly by did for me didnt like the chemo drugs but had 2 put up with them had a bit of sickness took them a while to get the right tablet but was ok in end.
I know seems a long way to the end but you be suprised how quick it goes and your so busy in the beggining dont have a lot of time to think and always have the radiographers and docs if u need anything.
Good luck wont be long you be at the end
Chris
