Hello all,
My appointment to have my mask fitted is today, and I am also having another CT scan. I am hoping that treatment will start soon. It's been 15 days since diagnosis (stage 2 tonsil cancer pv 16) so things are moving quickly, but, to me, this pretreatment time is dragging terribly.
Most days I feel alright about it all, but can have sudden dives of depression. They don't last too long, though. At the back of my mind is that after treatment this thing will return.

Hi Steve. We all worry about recurrence but it does get better. The Stats ( useful this time) are over 85% at five years for HPV driven cancer. I’m at nearly 4 and pretty good.
