Hi I am a mum of 2 and got diagnosed 2 weeks ago with throat cancer
Morning and welcome!! This forum has amazing people who will help you through everything. Do not despair (too much!) - I was diagnosed last November, went through chemo and radiotherapy and, despite all the side-effects and pain, I am getting through it.
Do you know any more about it? It’s a huge shock to be told, but, for example, if it’s HPV+ there is a great recovery rate.
Its likely to be a long tough ride, I won’t pull any punches, but we’re all here to help, advise, be ranted at ….. don’t be a stranger and don’t be afraid to ask anything! There are no silly questions!
Good luck
Dave
Hi. I replied to you in the New to the Community. Glad to see you’ve posted here.
Tell us a bit more about things and folk will be able to help a bit better.
Like I said earlier. Throat cancer is not only treatable but curable.
