Hi all. Just been diagnosed with to tongue cancer today following biopsy few days ago. I have had jaw xray and bloods done today. Waiting for scan date next. Then see what happens. Bit of a shock obviously but I am up for the fight.
Hello Fiestaone and welcome. Sorry to see you here but as you are stick around. There are lots of people who have been where you are going, have survived and are thriving. I had base of tongue cancer, treatment finished over three years ago and I am still in remission enjoying a full and happy life.
Do keep us updated and post any questions you like. No question is silly and there's always somebody around to help out.

Hi and welcome from me. Stick with us as you go into treatment and at least one of us will have some experience of the issues that are concerning you - these cancers have many different presentations and treatment side effects and not everybody sees even a small % of them.
These cancers are very responsive to treatment. Just stay off Google as what you see on there is generally old treatment methods and things are so much better nowadays.
