Hi Everyone

I’m a 50 yo male diagnosed last Thursday with tongue tumour. Family and friends have been brilliant and supportive, I’m in good spirits but under no illusion about the road ahead.

Sorry meant to say my forum name is N for Nathan and the “eggchaser” is because I am a Rugby fan. Couldn’t think of anything else!!!

Thanks Linda appreciate the welcome. Sounds like the group is going to be very helpful. Reassuring to know that other people have been down a similar path.

  • Aha. Husband is a great rugby fan. Both union and league.
Step daughter played for  St Helen’s and retired last year when they won the championship and the Challenge Cup. Both granddaughters play too so I can’t escape Joy

  • Hi Nathan and welcome from me.  Once you've got the results of the diagnostics and they have decided what they suggest doing let us know and you will get plenty of practical advice as to things that may just make the treatment a little bit easier.
