Hi finally should be starting my 3weeks of radiotherapy tomorrow...yay!
Just had a call from hospital to say that the planning is taking a little longer and can I start a day later.....and possibly could even be delayed again...but as long as they don't get in touch again it should be weds... do I need to worry,could the planning ct have seen an increase in my tumour?

Your oncologist prescribes how much radiation you need and the radiologists works out, with a great deal of AI help, where the radiation should go. The likely explanation is that they are short staffed. The radiology profession is one of the worst hit with cutbacks and staff recruitment is poor.
So try not to worry
