11,weeks post treatment and was doing really well . However triathlon and ears taken a turn for worse . Is this normal in recovery ?

How worse?
Recovery takes a long time and most of us aren’t happy with progress for six months or so. Steps backwards are really normal.
Have you done anything different from your normal routine? Eaten something, been too active? That sort of thing.
