Hi I’m almost through week 4 of my six weeks radiotherapy post neck dissection and TORS but the last few days I have absolutely no appetite. It’s not that I can’t eat I’m on top of the pain I just feel sick and don’t want anything. I’m determined not to have a NG tube and using a nebuliser frequently to help with secretions. Any advice would be gladly received my weekly review is Friday and it will be the first drop in weight since I started the treatment. Even smoothies and fluids are an appetite challenge at the moment.
