Thanks Ray, yes I agree with you, starting treatment I know at least something is happening, the wait as been hard as all I could think of was if the cancer was growing and getting worse,

How is it going, JenBob? My husband had his first Pembro treatment 4 weeks ago; he is on a six-weekly cycle. So far the side-effects have not been too bad. A couple of minor temperature spikes (but not high enough to contact the hospital) and lots of joint aches after exercise, which is frustrating because walking is his main stress reliever. However they will prescribe steroids if it gets really bad, I think.

Hi Jenny, 

I had my 7th Pembro infusion on Tuesday. Fortunately for me, the only side effect so far is feeling wiped out for 36 hours afterwards. I was told that side effects are not as bad as chemo (which I had 2 years ago). Pembro is already helping shrink my tumours and my oncologist is very pleased with my results. 
I hope that your hubby has as good a result, sending hugs to you both.

Things ok so far hubby feels tired and felt a bit sick but other than that he's been ok , he's also on the 6 weekly cycle, we're hoping this works for him and shrinks his tumor as we have no other options 

Hope your husbands treatment continues to be ok

Sounds like you are coping ok with side effects and glad it's working and tumors are shrinking, it's stories like yours that gives us hope 

Hubby feels a bit tired and bit sick but nothing major,we hope it works as we have no other options but I have heard good things about pembro
