Hi all thought I would give you an update, so after the removal of my tumor and tonsils in January, I then had to have more surgery in the mouth to get clear margins and a neck dissection. This I had done Tuesday and came home yesterday. My throat is very sore to be expected around these days now my neck isn’t so bad it’s stiff where stitches are but ok. My ear and side of my head are completely numb and the neck on the left side is also numb. Have been told it could come back but also could be permanent. Now it’s the waiting game for histolgy  if all clear then I won’t need any more treatment just follow up appts. Keeping everything crossed for a good outcome. I hope you are all doing as well as can be and trying to remain positive which I know is hard. Going for a nap now after taking more pain relief. Love you you all x
